Producer Notes:
It is the reference for more production of the winery. It is made with 100% destemmed and fermented Mencía after a short cold maceration. Cherry red in color and with a medium layer, it is a clear and brilliant wine. On the nose, once the typical reductive notes of the variety have disappeared, an explosion of red fruit (raspberry, cherry...) and black berries (blackberry) appears, which together with the milky notes remind us of lollipops (strawberry lollipops). Very present mineral notes (graphite). The attack on the palate is fresh, but as it runs through the mouth we find an enveloping, sweet wine that reflects the good relationship between acidity and glycerin.
