The 2019 Chianti Classico is gorgeous. Bright, floral and punchy, the 2019 is super-expressive right out of the gate. Sweet red berry fruit, flowers, dried herbs and spice all open in the glass, but it is the purity and energy here that impress most. I would prefer to drink the 2019 sooner rather than later, as there is a slight vegetal note that are likely to become prominent in time.
