Hues of yellow and white gold with hints of pale green compose a brilliant, bright and clear robe. Intoxicating perfumes of summer flowers and fruit fill the nose. Its character has traits of oysters and shells.
Charly Nicolle, a 7th generation vineyard owner in Chablis, embraces the challenges of winemaking with dedication, describing it as a journey “Per aspera ad astra” (through hardships to the stars). He honours this commitment with his wine "Per Aspera," crafted from hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees for approximately 25 days, the result is a balanced and saline Chablis with authentic AOC character.
