This is really savory with sage, green cloves, tobacco and iodine with sliced strawberry. Medium to full body, with a tightness and focus with umami, fresh seaweed, and firm tannins. Some white pepper and sea salt. Flavorful finish. Chewy and very fine tannined. Beautiful now but will be even better in three to four years.
