Denim is the contraction of “de Nîmes”, city in IaqueIIe have the creators of the gin “The Blue DENIM”, with the will to put forward this famous blue denim cloth become a famous fashion accessory, daily and universal.
Thanks to their experience in the wine industry, they were uncompromising in their choice of raw materials, which they wanted to be local and emblematic of the Mediterranean coast.

Produced from organic superior wine aIcooI, grape marc from the Mediterranean basin, all the ingredients are distilled independently in a Charentais still in “Small-Batch”.
Only the heart of the distillate is preserved for a complex and balanced aromatic result. Reduction with osmosis water.
Composed of 14 botanicals:
Juniper berry, lemon, citron, rosemary, lemon thyme, lavender, samphire, fleur de sel, pine needle… and some other ingredients.
Tasting Notes:
Nose : FRESH with citrus fruits, resinous, thyme, rosemary, cardamom.
Taste : Harmonized taste of herbs and flowers, pine needles, lavender, rose, grape.
Finish: LONG with a saline note.
