Description

A commemorative sake for the 400th anniversary of the brewery, its rarity is comparable to 'Ryusen'. Brewed using the 'Shichisui Nijukkan' method, the sake is then slowly matured at a cool temperature. Rich in fruity aroma with a complex, layered taste.
